Linn Energy wanted to create a new office space that would attract talent to the growing gas corporation. Serving as developer, client and owner, Linn Energy offered a limited budget to develop a signature corporate space. Wakefield Beasley proposed multiple design solutions that would meet the client’s goals but stay within budget, ultimately choosing tilt-up concrete construction to reduce project costs and hasten the delivery schedule. The resulting dynamic four-story, 110,000 square foot structure was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.
