Wakefield Beasley created a design solution for Lane Parke that appeals to the affluent residents of Mountain Brook, Alabama while providing a residential environment that is unique to the area. To blend Lane Parke in the context of the Mountain Brook neighborhood, the team created a highly-stylized end product to mimic luxury row homes. The style and character of the buildings distinguish Lane Parke from typical multi-family homes while enabling the development to easily assimilate into the pocket neighborhoods of Mountain Brook.
