Wakefield Beasley & Associates provided architectural design services for this three-story, build-to-suit project comprised of 72,695 square feet located in a 171-acre park. It houses the corporate offices of Georgia Federal Credit Union as well as offices of Georgia Central Credit Union, Georgia Credit Union Affiliates and CUNA Mutual Insurance Company.
The building structure is a composite steel frame with a conventional steel roof frame. The exterior façade is a combination of two-tone brick and cast stone with aluminum curtain wall and storefront glass systems. The building is covered with a decorative canopy. The entrance leads into a two-story main lobby with an overlook balcony on the second floor.
