Sasha Vinitsky
Principal, Office / Industrial Sector
Sasha Vinitsky loves a challenge. Every day at work, he sees clients requiring office and industrial space design solutions that initially seem impossible. Sasha leads his talented team of designers to solve the challenge by using a combination of pragmatic thinking and high level aesthetics.
As Principal of the Office/Industrial Sector, Sasha is resourceful in creating attractive and affordable utilitarian spaces. His portfolio includes major projects for clients whose developments needed to meet a variety of operational goals at once. His work on the Dubai Festival City served as a dream job with a sky high budget for cutting edge systems and materials. But for clients like Charles Schwab in Atlanta, he created a usable office and work space that stands as a timeless piece of architectural elegance against the dominating grey mass of the corporate Buckhead area. For Newell Rubbermaid in Sandy Springs, outside of Atlanta, Sasha was part of the team that created the then-tallest high-rise corporate office tower in Wakefield Beasley’s portfolio. The project provided a great learning experience for Sasha and his team and solidified the firm’s presence in the office and industrial space design market.
Sasha knows that the key to excellent client service is listening. Through a collaborative process, Sasha weaves the client’s goals into the fabric of his architectural vision. He also empowers his talented and capable staff to work together and craft their design passion into a solution that balances architecture with seamless function.
