When we undertake a mixed-use master plan, our core design principal is to create a sense of place that makes for an exciting environment to live, work, shop, and play. A framework of walkable streets and public spaces reinforces the community atmosphere for customers and residents. Successful mixed-used projects extend the dwell time on the site by incorporating office and residential uses with retail, restaurants, and entertainment. At the core of the plan, a village green or plaza that can be programmed for a range of events creates a gathering space for the community to interact.
